компания "ancor" responsibilities: invoice verification activities: checking correctness and fullness of supplier’s incoming documents posting of all incoming invoices for 3rd party suppliers (e-invoicing, excel upload included) down-payment clearing and monitor checking/processing of suppliers documents approval according to company internal controls procedures ( pre- or post- depending on process) internal reminders sending, approval inbox processing archiving of all incoming invoices taking care about posted invoices until ready for payment initiate change related to vendor master data /process vendors master data maintenance in accounting system reconciliations: goods receipt / invoice receipt account maintenance dunning letters handling, tickets/ e-mails processing – direct contact to vendor processing of regular accounts payables reconciliations with vendors (at least once per year) verification and confirmation of balances at general ledger (ap, poa, ir/gr) end of quarter reporting activity: preparation regular reports on accounts payables to team-leader according to company internal controls procedures preparation regular and “on-request” reports for external audit preparation “on-request” reports for tax authorities checking of special reports (double posting check report, r-block report, vdb check, down-payment clearing check, pot report, etc.) focus on process infrastructure and keep e2e view within stp users and newcomers. day -to -day consulting of stp process participants on proper process execution ensure that all process steps are performed in line with kpis contributes to quality and continuous improvement goals, supports process simplification and activities assigned by supervisor requirements: university degree - bachelor’s in economics, finance, accounting 2 years of accounting experience sap, 1c, ms office 365 english intermediate attentiveness agile, motivated, pro-active, self-directed, energetic with positive communication style and well developed soft-skills. what we offer: compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually (salary+yearly bonus) mobile phone compensation lunches medical and life insurance after 3 months sick leave is compensated by the company hybrid work model well-being program extended paid vacation (31 calendar days per year) opportunity to join a vibrant culture of trust and belonging
