компания "кентек казахстан,(тоо кктс)" 5/2 office: 132a, makhambet utemissov str., atyrau your responsibilities: keep suppliers records up to date in the erp system chr(40)oracle fusion & 1s 8.3 versionchr(41). process po and non-po invoices, supplier credit notes (check and book invoice, grn match to the invoice, allocation cost as per cost controllers split). for non-po invoices seek evidence of approval as per global authority matrix. review contract conditions and ensure retentions and other supplier deliverables are identified and recorder properly. ensure that ‘from date’ identified correctly and recorded in accordance with agreed payment terms. process suppliers payment requests (advance payments, non-invoice payments). apply supplier payments and prepare reconciliations and report supplier ageing items. reconcile ap accruals account. process employee expenses. work with suppliers to resolve outstanding issues. reconcile sub-ledger to gl trade payables. other ad hoc reports upon request. all above actions related to inter company vendors. qualification/certification: professional accounting certification (or should aspire to). bachelor’s degree in accounting / economics or another relevant subject. skills requirement: fully computer literate (ms office suite), 1s 8.3 & oracle fusion (optional). kent atyrau provides: transportation morning and evening, medical insurance (after probation) at western clinic that covers you and your one family member.
