компания "pepsico" main purpose: provide full scope of talent acquisition activities for pepsico commercial and g&a functions including end to end recruiting for professional staff, in-depth market analytics and campus recruiting to ensure robust talent pipeline for business continuity and growth. act as a strategic advisor to internal clients on talent acquisition process and efforts while also leading them through the evaluation of internal and external candidates for their critical openings. accountabilities: managing full cycle recruiting agenda for hq and senior field roles to support business strategy, team capability and the delivery of short-term and long-term talent goals. drive continuous improvement on key hiring kpis (time to accept (tta), time-to-find/hire, hiring manager satisfaction scores (hmss) and candidate experience). develop and promote talent acquisition initiatives that improve the quality and effectiveness of our recruitment processes to drive direct sourcing, candidate care, attraction of diverse talent, and build skills specific to this talent pipeline. lead and develop high performance team through annual objective setting, performance reviews, coaching and support on problem-solving (4 direct reports). provide sound staffing support that is aligned to a specific internal functional client team(s), with a goal of filling open roles with qualified external talent. develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, hr partners in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to maintain ta function credibility. develop talent pipeline and hiring programs (e.g. strategic hiring, campus recruitment) in anticipation of future business hiring needs by understanding business needs, time horizon, talent requirements etc. build understanding of talent landscape and develop candidate networks with the aim to fulfil business talent needs and act as talent advisor to the business on hiring strategy and external talent drivers. support employer branding initiatives to establish pepsico as employer of choice for target cohorts. point person for russia market for global/sector initiatives, responsible for execution and change management to ensure successful implementation and achievement of project benefits and stakeholder satisfaction. lead internal projects related to the talent acquisition center of expertise. other ad hoc projects as assigned. qualifications/requirements: university degree – business or hr preferable. fluent english. a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. previous experience with high volume, full-lifecycle talent acquisition/staffing experience for professional-level hires is preferred. previous agency or search firm experience. highly tactful and diplomatic. ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers and hr partners to foster partnerships and drive result. ability to influence and collaborate across the business. ability to proactively identify issues and develops solutions with limited oversight. experience with developing and executing talent sourcing strategies. familiarity and experience in diversified sourcing channels and talent insights tools. project management skills, can-do-attitude, results orientation. prior experience and proficiency in working with candidate management system/applicant tracking system. proficient in full suite of microsoft suite of products: word, excel, powerpoint, outlook. work conditions: legal entity - pepsico holdings (permanent in-house contract) annual bonus based on performance medical insurance, life insurance opportunities for professional development and career growth
