Payroll accountant

компания "epam systems, inc." currently we are looking for accountant for our global shared service payroll. what you’ll do handling of payroll for certain epam subsidiaries (info preparation, communication with hr team and external agencies, sox control files preparation etc.) and respective us gaap bookkeeping of payroll-related activities of epam subsidiaries. analysis and reconciliation of payroll through all internal systems. monthly bs&pl variance analysis. dealing with audit requests and participating in regular meetings with external and internal auditors. participating in regular improvement process activities with other teams, active analysis of areas of improvement and testing of new improvements. ad-hoc reports by request. what you have high economic education (finance/accounting). minimum 3 years of working experience as payroll accountant/senior payroll accountant (or higher)/auditor (incl. payroll). good knowledge of us gaap/ifrs accounting principles (acca/dipifr is advantage). intermediate english level at least. excellent ms office skills, especially excel. working experience with erp systems (sap is advantage). high personal responsibility, attentiveness to details, ability to control and process information that comes from many different sources. we offer outstanding career development opportunities. knowledge-sharing with colleagues all around the world. unlimited access to learning courses (linkedin learning, epam training courses, english regular classes, internal library). community of 58,800+ industry’s top professionals. friendly team and enjoyable working environment. flexible working schedule. competitive compensation. regular assessments and salary reviews. social package – medical & family care. corporate and social events.
