компания "brunel atyrau llp" brunel is looking for a payroll accountant who will oversee and supervise the payroll functions of the organization, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. reporting to senior accountant. location: atyrau based 5/2 requirements: experience from 2 years in payroll functions including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. strong analytical and problem-solving skills. proficient with microsoft office excel and 1c proficient with payroll software : 1c: enterprise 8.3 salary and personnel english language from upper-intermediate responsibilities: receive, analyze and control of timesheets, preparing them for accounting processing receive, analyze and control of the correctness of registration of sheets of temporary disability, certificates for the care of patients and other documents confirming the right to the absence of an employee at work, preparing them for accounting processing and compiling the established financial statements; receive, analyze and control of the correctness of execution of resolutions on penalties from executive bodies, amounts of deductions on advance reports and on applications from employeeschr(39) salaries; calculation of wages for employees of the company, reconciliation of settlements and deductions according to checklists; preparation and unloading of wages for payment in accounting systems; registration of accounting entries and posting them to tax and salary accounts. monthly control on the specified accounts, reconciliation of the completeness of the reflection on accrual and payments in the program "1c: enterprise 8.3 salary and personnel"; interaction with technical services to automate the program and improve the workflow; interaction with an external tax consultant regarding the preparation and submission of tax reporting for individual income tax, sots. taxes and contributions and statistical; interaction with government agencies on emerging issues (reconciliation of calculations, responses to requirements and requests); preparation of the necessary documents for the reimbursement of funds from the social insurance fund for the amount of overspending on social security; participation in on-site and desk audits, interaction with audit services; preparation of periodic reports in a timely manner, control over the safety of accounting documents, their execution in accordance with the established procedure for transfer to the archive; providing methodological assistance to employees of the companychr(39)s divisions on accounting, control and reporting in their area; advising employees on emerging issues of payroll calculations and deductions; issuance of certificates at the request of employees, as well as the provision of certificates upon dismissal in accordance with the legislation of the republic of kazakhstan.
