Payroll accountant

Baimskaya Copper Project is looking for potential candidates for the position of Payroll Accountant within Finance Department in our Moscow office. Structural division: Finance Department Report to: Payroll Supervisor REQUIREMENTS: BA or MSc in Accounting; Experience of 5 years in the field of accounting payroll; Valid Experience of working with shift, rotator, northern allowance and district coefficients; Experience of working with expats; General Knowledge of tax legislation, accounting regulations; Practical skills in 1C Payroll; Work experience with the remote tax system (Kontur-extern or other); Leadership and communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Calculating stuff payroll, checking and processing seek leave documentation, entering data into the accounting system, preparing all payroll reports to the Pension and Social funds. Collecting and summarizing timekeeping information. Processing and closing periodic payrolls (including Civil contractors and HQS). Calculating and deposit payroll taxes. Submitting reports to the Pension Fund and Social Fund. Calculating and submitting tax reports. Processing employee advances and paybacks. Checking and calculating a seek leave. Maintaining payroll records in 1C. Checking and posting of expense reports of employees. Coordination with the employees and Issue tax forms to stuff.
