компания "zoomlion heavy industry science&technology co., ltd." обязанности: maintenance of office equipment and computer equipment of users; receiving and processing user requests (first line of technical support); maintaining an inventory of userschr(39) computer equipment; maintaining an inventory of user software; installing and configuring user software; purchase, replacement and accounting of consumables for copying equipment; establishment\deletion\editing of user accounts in the companychr(39)s information systems; maintenance of a local computer network, maintenance of cable communications in proper order at userschr(39) workplaces responsible for impletation and promotion and support of crm,erp,logistics system localization; be responsible for training the companychr(39)s employees to work with the crm system, solve problems arising from employees in a timely manner, collect and sort system requirements, and regularly report the use of the system to the it department at the companychr(39)s head office in china; be responsible for the sap system operation training of the companychr(39)s employees, timely solve the problems raised by the employees. responsible for requirements gathering on localized businees, negoiate with it department for customer reqirements and propose solutions. требования: bachelorchr(39)s degree in computer science, software; must have at least 3 years of experience in software implementation and maintenance; absolutely! experience working with crm, erp. english - not lower than c1; work experience in office, axure, visio, mind; good communication and expressive skills, preferably knowledge of the chinese language. условия: working hours: from 9:30 -00 to 17-00, 5/2; salary based on the results of the interview; the trial period is 3 months; registration according to the labor code of the russian federation; office location: mo, krasnogorsky district, east of d. putilkovo, 69 km. mkad, office and public complex "greenwood", building 17, (from m. skhodnenskaya corporate transport).
