компания "минск марриотт отель / ооо фэлкон инвестмент" job summary: the successful candidate will perform the following role: understands the overall market - competitorschr(39) strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, and knows how to sell against them. actively search for new potential accounts on individual and corporate level, conduct appropriate meetings, negotiations. create activities to ensure ongoing maintenance of bookings. generate proper proposals and contracts. responsible for key account management, ensuring revenue maximization and increasing fair market share versus competitor set. responsible for timely performing clients’ follow-up calls in order to maintain permanent touch with existed accounts. responsible for maintaining the requests and thoroughly input information into opera sale & catering system about the current relations with corporate clients. ensures trustful relationship with local and international primary target customer and service expectations; serve the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solutions requirements: strong knowledges in sales strategy, excellent understanding of sales management. practical experience in an active sales activity: calls, negotiations, meetings, follow-up, etc. excellent communication and organization skills. detailed knowledge of competitor set management background. great problem solving skills. candidate profile: higher college education (university) and/or high school diploma. previous experience in sales in a local or international companies preferred. excellent skills in oral and written of the english and russian language. additional language knowledge will be beneficial. outgoing personality and analytical skills. ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market with a positive revenue effect. handle pressure and time frame. display confidence when selling product and speaking to guests.
