Recruitment Manager

компания "oct, russia" training & recruitment manager is in charge of selection and recruitment of new talents, creation and execution of the corporate recruitment strategy. responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• development and maintenance of company’s recruitment process.• collaboration with hiring managers and timely placement of job openings for all job positions.• conducting entry interviews and tests with job candidates.• supporting hiring managers throughout recruitment process, including the identification of interview evaluation criteria and competences, and establishment of a consistent and valid candidate assessment process.• participating in exit interviews and сonducting exit surveys.• maintenance of headhunting and hiring records.• developing job descriptions.• arranging and conducting corporate training for the staff.• collaborating with interdepartmental resources and external providers to arrange training for employees.• collecting feedback from employees on training and recruitment matters.• participating in the development of the hr brand of the company.• participating in new hires’ adaptation process.• developing corporate culture of the company and creating new corporate projects.• participating in annual assessment of the staff.• participating in annual salary review meetings and regular meetings in regard to bonus programs with heads of departments and the leadership of the company. if you:• pay attention to details,• can promote the company,• are able to work with large amount of information,• enjoy running interviews and know how to build trust and productive communication with different people,• have 3+ years’ experience in recruitment and training (experience in recruitment in a highly competitive industry will be a plus) and the following skills:- excellent communication skills, both oral and written;- planning and organization;- recruitment, including competency-based interview;- onboarding;- knowledge and application of legislation and advanced hr tools;- english – upper-intermediate;- reporting;- working with microsoft office.we are waiting for you to join our growing team! we offer:• challenging job in a highly qualified team• employee-friendly work environment• competitive salary and additional bonuses we are always looking for talented and motivated people! apply today!
