компания "jýsan development" jýsan development is seeking a candidate for an investment analyst position in almaty. responsibilities: ⎯ preparation of reviews / analysis on special situations and investment projects ⎯ market research, comparative/industry analysis ⎯ preparation and assessment of asset and property development strategies ⎯ financial modeling and valuation of the business and real estate ⎯ preparation of presentation documents for the bank’s board and management ⎯ other ad hoc data search and analytics skills & experience: ⎯ previous experiences in investment banking, research, m&a, corporate development, private equity and big4 (2-3 years minimum experience) ⎯ top university with economics/finance/math major – ba/ma student or the recent graduate ⎯ advanced english ⎯ experienced excel and powerpoint user ⎯ corporate finance knowledge what the candidates should expect: ⎯ hands-on exposure to the real estate and special situations investment projects ⎯ good compensation package ⎯ career growth opportunities within the banking group
