компания "система геткурс" getcourse is a leading online course platform in russia with 15 000 clients that turn knowledge and expertise into revenue. in 2021 getcourse raised $50 million in a funding round led by goldman sachs, winter capital and baring vostok. getcourse corporate development department is seeking a strong and highly motivated analyst to join the team and participate in corporate finance projects related to m&a, industry/equity research, investor relations and fundraising. main responsibilities include: preparing presentations and models for board members and management m&a deals execution: identification of targets, negotiations, due diligence, preparation of transaction materials financial modeling/budgeting and valuation market research analysis of strategic development options experience & skills: university background with economics/finance at least 0,5 year of experience in pe / vc / ibd / management consulting / equity research knowledge of corporate finance and accounting experience in preparation of investment materials and strong modeling skills availability to work full-time and hard-working strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills strong communication and interpersonal skills experienced excel and powerpoint user fluent english (verbal and written) what do we offer: competitive compensation package: salary + bonuses flexibility in remote vs. moscow office work flexible hours extended health insurance program after a trial period (3 months) dynamic environment of growing tech company
