Investment analyst

Diversified Russian Power & Utility Group is seeking an investment analyst to support Investment projects and International Development division. The analyst will face ambitious tasks and heavy responsibilities to achieve the Group’s investment goals. Обязанности: Provide business valuation (DCF, multiplies) and build financial models from scratch Assist with the overall deal execution, incl. participation in the due diligence process Liaise with auditors, professional advisers (financial, legal etc.) and other third parties Provide comprehensive market analysis (different locations and industries) Prepare info-memos, presentation for Top-Management and Board members Perform various ad-hoc tasks from Top-Management Требования: 2-5 years experience in corporate finance, PE/ IB / M&A / consulting is strongly preferred Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance/Economics Strong corporate finance knowledge and extensive DCF modelling experience Advanced Excel and Power Point skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent English Result-oriented, ability to work independently Participation in CFA program as an advantage Power & Utility industry experience is a plus Условия: Сompetitive compensation and performance bonus Medical insurance after the probationary period Friendly and supportive team Comfortable A class office 3 months probationary period Various sport activities and corporate events
