компания "эпикмакс" established in 2017, epicmax is a vue.js development company with over 55 successfully completed projects all over the world and 3 widely acclaimed open source products.our flexible business model and vue.js technology expertise allow us to work across industries and serve businesses of different sizes from startups to large companies.right now we are looking for an enthusiastic lead generation specialist to join our growing sales team. this role is responsible for the lead generation development activities and nurturing outbound sales lead campaigns. in this role, you will work directly with the marketing and sales teams to create engaging outbound campaigns/sequences and build prospect lists. main responsibilities: outbound prospecting via emails. initiate sales process by qualifying leads, validating solution fit and developing prospect lists and funnels for the sales team. develop new contacts through account based research (abr) via linkedin, and/or other channels and databases. initiate lead generation strategies that include outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives with personal messaging via linkedin and other tools. work with the sales/marketing team to develop targeted prospect lists, develop regular email campaigns & strategies designed to achieve sales targets. in conjunction with the sales/marketing team, create a reactivation strategy across inactive accounts. conduct follow up activities on all marketing generated leads from webcasts, tradeshows and other events. update our crm with new leads, contact information and qualifying questions. schedule meetings and demos for the sales team. report to the immediate manager your weekly, monthly, and quarterly results. assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis and other analytical work; implement best practices in sales and marketing, etc. requirements: 1 year of sales or marketing automation, digital engagement with experience in outbound marketing. sales experience is a plus. experience using lead generation software and lead flow best practices would be a plus. knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close. strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to details. proactive, inquisitive and innovative.the right candidate is highly motivated, responsible, comfortable to work with and has great english (b2 and higher) as all our clients are from europe and the usa. it is important to have excellent communication skills, be organized, and be a team player. benefits: fixed salary + bonus opportunity: bonuses based on appointments scheduled and clients acquired from scheduled calls. registration under an employment contract; opportunities for growth and development; remote work with flexible hours.
