компания "brunel atyrau llp" international oil&gas services company looking for: logistics specialist location: atyrau/aksai schedule: 5/2 position: logistics specialist job description: qualifications/requirements: • experience of international export / import coordination 4+ years • knowledge of main aspects of transportation / distribution methods and procedures • good knowledge of kaz customs legislation, tkm and uzb customs legislation knowledge is desirable • knowledge of international transport regulations • knowledge of transportation and cost for all modes of transport • incoterms knowledge • good written and verbal communication skills • english level – intermediate • kaz, ru – fluent • proficient with microsoft tools mandatory (excel and word), sap skills preferable. • communication skills and readiness to work in the international team main functions: • ensures company operations in accordance with state legislation, statutory provisions and requirements and company policies • coordinates customs clearance for import/export shipments in e. caspian including customs duties exempts shipments • coordinates import and export transportation in east caspian • contacts vendors, customers, carriers, etc. to coordinate transportation and resolve any problems and issues • to control the funds in customs and to provide efo with required data (for reconciliation and indication) including dt. monthly hand over the original documents to efo. • to maintain a complete and accurate documentation / data records system • company shipments log and tracking, maintains archives of import and export jobs and declarations with file keeping of all required documents on company server • provides weekly and monthly reports for imports, exports, domestic transportation, cost saving, job volumes, shipments tracking etc.
