компания "lc waikiki" about us: lc waikiki retail company is a leading fashion retail company with a turnover of $ 3 billion. lc waikiki’s journey started in france in 1988, continuing after 1997 as a turkish brand under the umbrella of lc waikiki mağazacılık hizmetleri ticaret a.ş. today lc waikiki trades in more than 1200 stores in 56 countries, with the company’s philosophy that “everyone deserves to dress well” enabling people to enjoy accessible fashion through quality products at affordable prices. there are nearly 3000 people working at lc waikiki’s corporate office, more than 55,000 people in turkey and abroad. lc waikiki aims to be the one of the 3 most successful ready-made clothing brands in europe by 2023. we crown our successes with awards: we ranked 1st in “young people’s most desired retail company to work at” by the youthall youth awards 2021. 1st in “the biggest retail companies according to square meter abroad” we ranked 1st in female friendly & female manager friendly companies in turkey’s top-female-friendly companies survey. we received the most reputable brand of the year – turkey award by the one awards in 2020. you will be responsible for: to make sure that all foreign trade transactions of the country s/he is responsible of are done safely without any legal risk, in accordance with company procedures and memorandums, with minimum cost and maximum speed; to plan and organize the logistics processes of the country, warehousing, local distribution operations within optimum time and minimum costs according to the procedures and system set up within the time requested in the procedures, contracts or kpi’s agreed; to monitor own developed activities and reporting accordingly to the upper management, according to the list of kpi’s defined and agreed; to follow up project based tasks within local team & hq projects team; selecting the best suppliers (3pl) and controlling that they are working according to the sla agreed, maintaining optimum time and contract prices; checking that all suppliers have valid contracts and addendums and cover all the services requested and charged in coordination with hq projects team. timely checks to renew contracts or change supplier; checking if archiving for soft and hard copies of import files are done correct and on timely manner; planning distribution of goods from import and/or from main warehouse to stores in a consolidated and optimized way; making finance conciliations every month in timely manner; setting up kpis and reporting weekly performances for related countries; following up all contracts, insurances and other official documents with suppliers and track renewal of all documents in time; assisting lcw hq for selecting & improving domestic transportation processes, optimizing the distribution network in terms of cost and lead time; executing the necessary system and infrastructure foundation actively, integrating the warehouse working system and monitoring all daily warehouse operations in an optimize way according to company procedures established at group level. the candidate we are looking for minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistic, and import & export operations fluency in russian plus english or russian plus turkish (both written and verbal) good knowledge of ms office programs effective use of the it systems, screens and reports university degree knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and domestic transportation management knowledge of import regulations and international agreements quality and customer-oriented quantitative thinking and detail oriented ability to travel ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment team player what lc waikiki offers to you opportunity to take responsibility in one of the fastest growing companies of the retail; open communication, teamwork and strong company culture. an organization that greatly values teamwork, development, and innovation; a work environment that performance and talent is noticed and recognized; dynamic work ecosystem where you can take initiative and responsibility, improve your skills and learn continuously; a chance to be a part of lc waikiki team that advances to the 2023 goals.
