компания "стамгазстрой" atyrau 5/2 duties and responsibilities: business travels taf assignments for kazakhstan based employees perform all activities required to create, change, save and submit a report develop, updаtе& monitor a travel tracking log update travel matrix & distribute among travel group issue isos cards to project personnel generate isos related, cost and security reports interface with carlson wagonlit & tengiz travel team, tengiz mob/demob team maintain different types of reports keep up to date flight &train schedules handy pickup and delivery of any visa related docs to tco visa services any issues related to visa update all the rosters and reports concerning travel and accommodation (domestic, international) coordinate logistics of all overseas project team members, vip and other visitors coordinate travel arrangements, hotel booking, including ilogistics accommodation requests in atyrau, visit and meeting agendas provision of ground transportation in atyrau, coordinate fgp drivers (ess & umirzak) coordinate logistics of all overseas project team members, vip and other visitors coordinate with agencies on transportation issues & activities between atyrau, tengiz, fb, astana and almaty qualifications: 3 + years’ experience in travel and transportation a degree in any subject is acceptable, although travel tourism, transport, languages, business studies or management degree holders may be at an advantage must have strong oral and written communication skills english-advanced
