компания "ancor" обязанности: lead crm team maximise db growth and conversion to consumers via leads capturing in omni-channel environment. develop and launch scenarios for increased activity and consumer retention lead consumers communications in all crm channels (email, sms, push, tg) implement personalized approach based on consumer behavior and profiling define measurable kpis and regularly review campaigns against strategic objectives support cem processes to improve consumer service coordinate cross-functional teams as part of current activities lead dedicated crm team, including crm it solution development team have full budget responsibility for the crm. требования: experience in product management / project manager roles, crm system developments. strong people management expertise, supported by positive people development cases strong planning and analytical skills excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and communications. able to speak common language with both business and development teams skills in conducting business analysis / process design, formulate clear and well-thought through us for development team to work on. strong time-management skills and attention to detail; capable of tracking, managing and resolving issues efficiently and independently proactive approach within own projects, being able to organize cross-functional teams and deliver features and business projects otif. very agile and adaptable. understanding of information technology foundations (e.g. application architecture/infrastructure, authentication/authorization). relevant software user: ya.metrica, google analytics, crm platforms: ms dynamics, salesforce, terrasoft. masterchr(39)s degree or equivalent and 3 to 5 yearschr(39) progressive experience in crm english language – upper intermediate.
