Lead generation specialist / Sales Development Representative

компания "heads and hands" heads and hands is the first digital ecosystem development studio in russia. we implement and bring to market complex web services, mobile applications and super apps. we have made products for kaspersky, land rover, lamoda, leroy merlin, 12 storeez, sportmaster, etc. helped yandex, abbyy, mail.ru and tinkoff with their projects. heads and hands is in the top 5 among mobile app developers according to tagline. we started back in 2012 as a small startup, now we are one of the largest mobile development companies in russia. we have 4 branches (in st. petersburg, saransk, novosibirsk and saratov), ​​and our own development and testing schools. we are looking for a lead generation specialist / sales development representative for the international sales department to shape and implement the companychr(39)s expansion policy on the us market. sdr is the link between our team and the customer. the main challenge is to pass a warm contact for technical qualification and closing a deal. sdr communicates with clients both in writing (70%) and verbally (30%). responsibilities: - execute awareness campaigns on linkedin and other b2b platforms. - communicate with potential clients. - identify business needs. - generate relevant leads and redirect them to the sales team. - working with tools: linkedin, expandi, sales navigator, apollo, pipedrive crm. - track and updаtеdata in the crm system. - follow account based marketing (abm) approach to build a robust marketing pipeline. - create and implement campaigns to boost audience engagement. requirements: - proficiency in english (c1-c2). - native russian or proficiency in russian (c2). - 1+ year of experience in it as a lead generation specialist or an sdr. - experience using linkedin and other tools to research companies and individuals is a plus. - ability to work from 2pm until 11pm (gmt+2). - excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills. - crm and other sales tools experience. - attention to detail. - analytical mindset. - strong desire to learn. benefits: legal employment, paid time off (holidays, vacation, sick days). flexible work schedule. possibility to work remotely. health insurance after a year of work. partial or full payment of training materials, lectures and conferences on request. corporate english language courses, meetups, volleyball, karting, board games, bars, and other activities. leave a response or email us directly and we will happily discuss the position and your experience!
