We are searching a Procurement manager, located in Saint-Petersburg. The role performs procurement procedures from receiving purchase order to fulfillment of obligations to the supplier for centralized indirect categories and ensures that this process is executed according the provided internal procurement procedure. Strategic responsibilities: Implementing, updating, and adhering to category strategy and internal procurement procedures in line with the Standard Operational Procedure Category management implementation and building the system of demand management Strategic sourcing: developing and maintaining a list of suppliers with contract conditions and build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry and critical suppliers. Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations related to procurement. Organizing tender procedures Recurrent market research on purchase conditions Contract management and negotiation (volume rebates, payment discounts) Mapping and centralizing regional purchase needs of all business units, Create and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within industry Operational responsibilities: Monitoring and optimize the order to cash cycle Receiving and handling purchase request from business users Placing purchase orders to supplier Conducting tender procedures, receiving commercial offers and report to the tender committee Conducting commercial and technical assessment with the involvement of business users Deciding on supplier selection Negotiating contract terms, signing agreements, addendums and review contract specifications on behalf of the company Managing supplier document flow Performing plan/fact analysis, maintaining statistics Ensuring an up to date administration of all procurement files and their respective Implementing/optimizing soft for procurement Measurement/success criteria of the position: Good communicator Excellent negotiator Good administrator of document and information flows Proactive problem solver Specific requirements for the position: Knowledge of procurement legislation Work experience and expertise in procurement Competence in suppliers negotiation Strong analytical skills Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level Experienced MS office user Experience in an international logistic company is a plus Key competences: Adhering to Principles and Values Applying Expertise and Technology Analyzing Following Instructions and Procedures Acheving Personal Work Goals and Objectives Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking Package description: A competitive salary; International environment with a strong entrepreneurial and innovative culture; Great opportunities for professional and personal development.
