компания "mazars" mazars is a leading international audit, tax, and advisory firm, aspiring to build the economic foundations of a fair and prosperous world. operating as a united partnership, mazars works as one integrated team, leveraging expertise, scale, and cultural understanding to deliver exceptional and tailored services in audit and accounting, as well as tax, financial advisory, consulting, and legal services. to expand and strengthen mazars team, we are looking for a recruitment specialist to join us. main responsibilities: managing the full recruitment life cycle from attraction to offer and acceptance recruiting candidates for different positions, from junior to manager (accounting/ finance/it) cooperating with supervisors of all departments in selection procedures: debriefing interviews with specialists for decision-making and job offers leading assessment process of the newcomers’ trial period leading assessment process in outsourcing and admin departments coordination of trainings taking part in additional projects (assessment tool administration, hr brand development projects, etc.) requirements: recruitment experience from 2 years (recruitment agency is preferable) intermediate english higher education (finance or human resources specialization is a plus) good analytical skills excellent communication and presentation skills knowledge of share point is preferable we offer: professional and motivating work environment fixed salary (+ annual bonus) health insurance office at the metro station kurskaya ability to work remotely lunches, internal and external trainings etc.
