компания "2гис" we have a project in the uae and the middle east - we deliver accurate geospatial data and analytical tools for business development. now the project team is actively growing, so we need hr to help fill vacancies on the international project. there will be a wide variety of vacancies in the pull - from a sales executive to a 3d designer. responsibilities: search, selection and evaluation of specialists for the project in the uae and the headquarters; work with the stakeholder throughout the entire selection cycle (from the application to the adaptation of the new hire); organization of interviews and support of the employment process; implementation of recruitment plans; maintaining of the database of candidates; participation in project activities, analytical tasks and hr processes in the headquarters. requirements for candidates: completed higher education; at least 2 year experience in recruiting; knowledge of english at least upper-intermediate level; experience in using modern tools and specialized resources to search for candidates abroad. competency-based interviewing skills; ability to work with a large amount of information; self-organization and result-oriented skills. we offer: work in a team of hr professionals and the possibility of professional growth; employment from the first day, full compliance with the labor code of the russian federation; official salary (salary + bonuses); vhi; equipment for work (laptop, phone); possibility to work from home.
