Recruitment Specialist

компания "кентек казахстан,(тоо кктс)" responsibilities: have a broad understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements. reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. pre-screen’s candidates, creates and presents pre-screening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval. manages and coordinates all communication with candidates. interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers and include the use of different interviewing methodologies and techniques. manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. prepares candidates shortlist for interviewing by hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation settings. organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates. reviews the hiring manager’s interview performance with each candidate and take appropriate action when warranted. performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers. extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers & recruitment lead and within the guidelines and guidance of hr and within kent pay scales. manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting. conducts follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires. maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required. develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. leverages online recruiting resources and in-house resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates fit for positions. participate in university open days, career fair and job fairs to promote company name and image and gather database of candidate keep recruitment tracker up to date, upload, save, scan, type, reformat, translate cvs into english/ russian. save cvs in the cv folders as per positions. filling out the e-paaf forms for every approved new hire processed for mobilization and getting it endorsed by tco reps. keeping the tracking register updated on all submitted to tco e-paafs. liaison with project control teams on any interactions required related to e-paafs.
