компания "manpowergroup" foreign automotive company is looking for a senior legal counsel ключевые требования: работа с договорами поставки, импорт экспорт b2b. отличные знания 1 части гк, договор поставки и подряда. свободное владение английским языком, 50% работы исключительно ведется на английском языке. responsibilities: proactively identify legal risks at the earliest opportunity, develop and implement strategies to reduce it (or avoid if possible) provide legal advice to supported legal entities in different areas of law: civil, business, corporate, labor, procedural (with support of the external/or internal lawyers from regional legal teams when advise required knowledge of the foreign law) communicate and negotiates with external parties if required (customers, suppliers, public authorities etc.) independently leads or coordinates complex projects in multiple legal areas with multiple stakeholders draft, review and participate in negotiations of various types of contracts (with support of the external or internal lawyers from the regional legal teams when the contracts are governed by the foreign law) independently drafts and updates contract templates in all legal areas in english and in russian use available contract management tools assist and support emea2 clients in claim management, both in and out of court, both as claimant and as defendant represent interest of russian supported legal entities in all instances of courts and in state authorities for administrative processes consistently monitor changes in legislation applicable to supported legal entities and timely inform affected stakeholders explaining how the changes may affect the business ensure compliance with corporate rules and applicable law in areas of responsibility coordinates and approves complex issues with other corporate departments in the areas of their responsibility initiate, draft policies/procedures related to legal team responsibilities and review policies and procedures initiated by other functions respect internal regulations and companychr(39)s procedures respect confidentiality accessible information approve with supervisor involvement of the external legal providers, commission and manage the provision of external legal advice, ensuring that externally commissioned lawyers are provided with all necessary information to enable them to provide advice that is accurate check and control the cost of the invoiced services communicate externally commissioned legal advice to the colleagues in a way which maximizes their ability to understand and apply it appropriately represent interest in rosreestr; federal antimonopoly services and eurasian economic union in relation to antitrust matters; support other functions in cooperation with other russian state and municipal authorities (incl tax, police, etc) conduct workshops & trainings related to areas of responsibility conducts session for legal knowledge sharing regular track all handling legal matters in applicable it system and provide an overview when required draft, review and participate in negotiations of various types of contracts with partners requirements: higher legal education at least 5 years of professional experience on legal position at least 2 years on senior legal position at least 3 years worked in international environment upper-intermediate+ english ms office 365 experience is an advantage
