Senior Legal Counsel

Responsibilities: 1. Contractual work: drafting, revision, approval of wide range of contracts including but not limited distribution agreements, service agreements, bonus agreements, supply contracts, e-commerce and other contracts (services, purchase, marketing, etc.).2. Advisory on labor law and full legal support of HR projects (review of labor documents, consulting on labor matters, represent the company in the labor inspection/prosecutorchr(39)s labor-related issue).3. Development of templates of legal documents (contracts, applications, letters, policies, etc.). Verification of contracts for compliance with the developed templates.4. Company internal documents review and/or drafting (policies, orders, instructions).5. Legal support upon request from Company business units.6. Review and response public authorities requests.7. Commercial litigation [if needed] (preparing legal position, claim application, participating in court sessions, enforcement proceedings). Requirements: At least 7 years or more post-graduate experience either as a major Moscow law firm lawyer or within legal department in international company. Internship periodб working in public authorities shall be excluded when calculating. Good understanding of the following laws: civil code, labor code, civil procedural code, etc. Experiences in dealing with labor disputes, labor inspection, regulatory communication is preferred Good command of English language (at least, intermediate-upper level of English writing/speaking skill is needed), Good networking/communication with outside lawyers in labor and various areas Able to work with office technic, Resistant to the stress, Attentive to the details while working fast
