Senior Legal Counsel

We’re looking for a specialist on the position of a senior legal counsel with the role of full legal support of main company’s activities with focus on corporate legal support. Обязанности: Work issues will include the following:Provision of general legal advice, guidance and support to internal stakeholders;Preparation, drafting of documents with regards to General meetings, Board of Directors’ meetings (corporate approvals) of the group companies in various jurisdictions;Review special and strategic agreements, standard clauses, specific terms and conditions and etc. to ensure compliance with business requirements;Performance of legal research for business needs related to practice area and recommend appropriate strategies to the internal stakeholders;Collaboration with the Group’s legal team on matters associated with business operations. Требования: Qualification & Knowledge:Strong academic background from a leading Russian university (MSU);Good command of English;Strong knowledge and experience in Russian Law;Five years of an industrial in house or corporate/transactional law firm experience;Ability to work independently across time zones and cultures to quickly address novel situations and change.
