Sales Executive

Responsibilities: Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, as well as following up on bookings and shipments ▪Keep the customer up-to-date on shipment status via email and telephone. ▪Maintain a very good relationship with regular customers, vendors, and airlines. ▪Performing data entry tasks in the online in-house systemand airline system, including opening of jobs, costing and invoicing. ▪Monitor payment cycle of customers and keep sales team informed of invoice due date, and follow up with customers and sales team for smooth payment cycle .▪Handle administrative tasks such as answering the telephone and other tasks assigned by the Sales department.▪Solve customer issues or transactions independently. ▪Liaise with the operation and sales teams to plan the shipment and ensure all requirements are met. ▪Take notes of sales information from customers and enter in the system and assign it to concerned sales team. Including updating customer details in the system .▪Arrange appointment with clients and align it with sales team. ▪Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents ▪Source or find new business leads (optional) ▪Coordination with airlines about booking, space, flight information, connections and availability. ▪Coordinate and follow up with ground handling agent (DNATA) for smooth handling and loading of shipment inside the aircraft. ▪Prepare monthly cargo sales report (CSR) for the airlines. Requirements: Good analytical and numerical skills ▪Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel, Wordand Outlook ▪Fluency in English both oral and written ▪Excellent communication skills and customer service ▪Strong organizational skillsand ability to multi-task Terms: Willing to relocate in UAE
