Boggi Milano, a multinational company leading in menswear, is looking forECOMMERCE MANAGER RUSSIADuties & Responsibilities:· The successful candidate will support eCommerce growth in Russia;· Monitor, manage and act upon Marketplace / platform analytics and internal data sources· Measure and report on the performance of Ecommerce / Marketplace initiatives and assets against goals (Sales, Conversions, ROI and KPIs);· Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance marketing reports, including insights and recommendations;· Forecast and plan annual and monthly performance; reporting against business KPIs, ensuring that revenue goals and budgets are communicated and met focused on Russian market;· Contribute to quarterly executive review decks that summarize activities, outcomes, and planning for performance marketing;· Being aligned with HQ’s guidelines and according with local promotional plan to support Omni-channel team with analytics to improve website UX, conversion rate and organic search visibility;· Work cross functionally with the wider Supply Chain, Merchandising and Marketing team;· Drive strategy and execution of the digital channels – including Paid Search, Shopping, Display, Video, Affiliate, SEO, and Paid Social – globally with the support of global and local agenciesCompetencies and experience:· Good experience in eCommerce strategy, digital marketing and digital analytics;· Deep knowledge of the eCommerce and Digital Marketing on Russian Market· Budget planning and management;· Good knowledge of web analytics tools;· Very comfortable conducting relevant analysis by channel and auditing their configuration;· Strong experience in managing multiple marketing agencies to achieve a shared marketing objective;· Capability to transform analysis into concrete actions and suggestions for the rest of the team/company;· Excellent experience in budgeting and forecasting.
