E-Commerce Manager

Job Responsibilities: Build strategic and operational procedures for e-commerce business across online trade, operations, CRM, digital marketing, and customer care. Establish an e-commerce platform, web-site and Amazon presence Manage and optimize the brand store content, e-merchandising, banners, and website enhancements Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the e-commerce platform and its activities in liaison with the regional teams Communication skills to deal with international team Education & Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing/commerce/ business Work Experience and requirements From 2-3 years’ experience in e-commerce and product promotion in the United Arab Emirates (SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, Helium 10) Experienced in working with e-shops. Creating of a shop from scratch to strong development of sales within following budget requirements and fulfilling KPI`s Experience in working with Marketplaces, especially Amazon and promotion on such platforms Fluent English (oral and written) Skills & Competencies Understanding of SEO and SEM Operational development of online store Support of marketing strategies Attracting new partners and new customers; Market analysis, elaboration of new channels. Creation of business and marketing plans for the development of e-commerce in conjunction with the companychr(39)s overall business development plans; Operational activities, including constant control and monitoring of store activities; Sales experience in Emirates, knowledge of the local sales possibilities and market features; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way, ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to online store to maximize sales, conversion rate, average order value. HTML knowledge would be a plus Energetic, proactive attitude
