The vacancy is open in Krasnodar As Financial and Budget Controller You actively participate in the construction of budgets with the BA Finance manager. You develop and monitor annual revenue/expense budgets for the purpose of controlling funds and measuring annual operating results: by analyzing variance from budget with a follow-up throughout the year to follow the drifts; by using the right tools well; by alerting in case of drift. You analyze and synthesize the variations in margins to allow the BA Finance Manager to challenge the other members of the countrychr(39)s management committee on the reliability of the assumptions made. Participate the process of automation of the budgeting process, manage adoptions of processes. As Finance Business Partner You improve the quality of internal and external financial data to drive business decision making and performance You calculate the important managerial KPI. assessing the countrychr(39)s commercial performance and before the campaign and during the campaign to help the countrychr(39)s management committee make decisions on the price level to be made; by simulating the impact of end-of-campaign discounts on the sale price (business partner of the sales teams); by identifying possible OpEx "cuts" to meet budgetchr(39)s commitment. You work on the most accurate estimates that are constantly moving (evolution of volumes, prices, payment dates of customers with impact on the balance sheet). You collect, analyze and report the agronomic production costs for your area, in relation with local agronomic team. Prepare accurate CF plan, updates in accordance with actual data and recent forecasts. You ensure timely and accurate reporting. You develop and participate internal control processes. As a Credit controller You prepare customer data (forecast turnover - less guaranteed - less advance payment), customer by customer, allowing the management to decide the level of "credit limit" You ensure teamwork with the sales representatives and the insurer in order to define and implement the right level of coverage. On the Sapin 2 law compliance part, you ensure the due diligence required with the Sapin 2 law (Group rules).
