Financial controller

The international company with a newly established office in Moscow is looking for Financial Controller. We provide our clients with services in various industries and sectors such as development, IT, marketing, and accounting. Financial Controller responsibilities include creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations. To be successful in this role, you should have experience crafting financial strategies and managing accounting teams. The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. Responsibilities: Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results. Manage vendor relationships Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies Manage team of financial controllers Requirements: Proven experience in a finance role or relevant role- A must BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field is a must (Preferably HSE University, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics); MSc/MBA is a plus Experience in the Online Fintech/Online gaming industry is a must In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP) Ability to strategize and solve problems High English level Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and people skills An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers CPA is a strong advantage Conditions: Official employment according to the labour code of the Russian Federation Official monthly paid salary (the level to be discussed with a successful candidate) Health insurance program Corporate mobile services Corporate laptop Payed week of sick-leaves after a year of work Growth and skill development within our company Office in the Moscow city center Friendly and warm environment
