Responsibilities: Check invoices from suppliers for compliance with price lists and approve their payment; Analyze and audit costs and look for methods to reduce them; Participate in maintaining company accounting records in Quickbooks software; Generate financial and management reports; Analyze and control accounts receivable and accounts payable; Track balance sheet payment due dates for clients and send them reminders; Generate reports on commissions to travel agents based on data on reservations; Participate in the calculation of commissions from hotels and, if necessary, claim them; Form, check, analyze and control the implementation of projects and budgets of the company, carry out a plan/fact analysis and presentations. Qualifications and requirements: Higher education in finance/economics, or a senior student; English language proficiency of B2 or higher; Practical experience with management accounting and budgeting; Proficiency in Excel and its tools; Experience in processing large amounts of data, knowledge of data analysis tools; Experience working with accounting programs; The whole work process in the company is based on the English language, therefore we will consider resumes in English only.
