компания "jensen group" responsibilities:• overall financial management of growing business operations and capital construction• control that all project’s business operations are in line with strategies, legislation, policies and procedures• managing accounting team: reporting manager, chief accountant, 3 accountants• overview statutory rasp reports, social funds etc• review and supervision of monthly internal financial statements.• analysis of financial results and performance• preparation of annual and rolling budgets• supervision of project lifetime financial model (10+ years)• pipeline models for new acquisitions and support functions for new deals in part of finance• bank financing and refinancing• analysis and comparison of capex costs• analysis of marketing budget and sales results• review of agreements in part of financial terms, negotiations with major suppliers• cash management• risk management requirements:• relevant university degree in accounting and or finance / controlling• relevant experience preferably in an international companies• working english: both oral and writing• advanced excel• analytical thinker with an ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems• strong communication skills• capability with dealing with complexity and having an outstanding organizational talent• energetic leader, motivating staff to operate on the right level• creativity: enjoy developing new systems and approaches• self-starter, proactive position conditions:• salary level will be discussed on the interview• voluntary medical insurance• bonus review once a year
