компания "renaissance moscow monarch centre hotel" the alexander, a luxury collection hotel, yerevan is looking for professional and responsible candidate for the position of financial controller who will be accountable for day to day finance operation, the preparation of all financial and other related reports. job duties maintain adequate accounting records of all assets, liabilities and transactions of the hotel report, analyze and ensure the integrity of all financial information prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with gaap/ifrs prepare financial, statistical and other reports according to ra legislation and deadlines assist director of finance in all stages leading to the preparation of all monthly financial reports and analyses determine proper handling of financial transactions responsible for inventory accounting work with both internal and external auditors during financial and tax audits maintain and administer accounting software and database other job related duties required qualifications higher education in finance and accounting or related major certified as expert accountant at least 5 years of work experience in finance and accounting. prior experience in the hotels is a must excellent knowledge of ifrs knowledge of an armenian tax legislation is an advantage advanced user of microsoft word and excel. prior 1c and opera expertise required ability to communicate effectively problem solving and analytical skills exceptional organizational skills excellent knowledge of russian and english languages, armenian as a plus terms and conditions competitive salary paid accommodation in a convenient location meals yearly bonus medical insurance and fitness
