компания "вижнлабс (visionlabs)" visionlabs is one of the world-leading visual recognition companies. we develop software and solutions for finance and retail sectors. responsibilities: preparation of standalone unit’s monthly financial statements: bookkeeping according to ifrs and group’s accounting requirements, accruals calculation, making adjustments; participation in group’s monthly closing processes; clients and vendors contracts (including addendums, appendixes, sows, etc.) expertise from accounting perspective, communication with other departments within contract approval process; substance review for revenue (ifrs 15) and other income transactions, preparation of documentation (acceptance acts, work completion reports, etc.) for revenue/ income transactions if required, customers invoicing; substance review for expense transactions; control over timely submission of documents to finance department; participation in intercompany deals paperflow, accounting and reconciliation; participation in treasury: requests collection, review, supervision, status monitoring; accounts receivables and accounts payables monitoring within cash forecasting; bank statements reconciliation; participation in budget and reforecasting processes; ad-hoc reports and reviews upon demand. requirements: 3+ experience as a financial coordinator in a branch of international company or as an accountant in a foreign company; experience in contract review and work acceptance substance analysis; understanding of financial and management fundamental reporting principals, double entries, chart of accounts; basic knowledge of ifrs 15; advanced excel skills; strong analytical skills; advanced english; good communication skills, result-oriented approach, ready to learn. conditions: full time job, labor law complience; the opportunity to join an high technology and fast growing company; friendly environment, professional team; сomfortable office in the moscow centre; health insurance program.
