компания "консорциум isker" 28/28 atyrau knowledge of 1c system execution of staff document as per rok labor code – hiring (orders/ employment contracts/ ims), transfer (ims forms/ supplementary agreements) and dismissal (orders/ ims forms) according to labor code making up and maintenance of employeechr(39)s personal history folders/ making changes (changing of id cards/ statement of residence) employees’ data renewal and modification filling up and storage of employment record books issuing employment confirmation letter as per employee’s request keeping record of employee’s vacations issue and record keeping of disciplinary punishments (orders/ admonitions/ severe reprimand) work with integrated management system of all hr documents (recruiting/ dismissal/ transfer/ granting leave/ change of employees’ salaries) updating core hr internal company system (recruiting/ dismissal/ transfer/ granting leaves/ changing wages/ projects changing/ and other employee data) employee’s time keeping with respect to all company projects, submitting to account department for payment. record keeping of employee tickets and submitting to account department for payment maintenance and record keeping of hr logs and registers ensuring accommodation/ meal for project rotating out employees when medical examination coordination and applying to healthcare facilities/ hotel checking monthly timesheets provided by projects and uploading them in 1c program upon dismissal, upon monthly timesheets closing. maintain routine correspondence and draft appropriate responses. take an active role in creating a safe and healthy work environment. serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. other tasks as may be required as the role develops personnel management functions re-registration of personnel documents in accordance with the labor code of the republic of kazakhstan-reception, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation creating and maintaining personal files of employees / making changes publication and record-keeping of disciplinary sanctions work with an integrated management system for all personnel documentation introduction and accounting of journals and registers on personnel documentation providing housing/food for employees participating in projects for the first time, with periodic medical examinations. approval and submission of applications to medical institutions/hotels checking the monthly schedules provided from the projects and uploading the schedules to the 1c program when the monthly schedules are released and closed
