HR Specialist

компания "indriver" indriver is an international it product company. we are among the top 3 mobile services for ordering trips in the world - 100 million installations, 1 billion trips, 700+ cities in 47 countries worldwide. we are looking for experienced hr specialist who will manage full employee life cycle including onboarding, orientation, compensation benefits, employee relations, off-boarding, and hr admin works. what youchr(39)ll do: administer human resources policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. promote equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws manage end-to-end recruitment processes will be responsible for communication with a payroll outsourcing company employment of team members as a main responsibility: hr admin issues (setting up employee files, completing standard forms letters, and maintaining reports and records), maintain additional agreements and keep personal folders in an accurate way develop and maintain knowledge of one or more of the following disciplines: benefits, compensation, compliance, eh&s, leave, internships, and wellness. maintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations. issue necessary agreements, policies, instructions explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. hold ethics and conduct training maintain accurate records and manage reporting requests. under general supervision, follow established work routines, using initiative to propose solutions to problems continuously identify, measure, and improve processes recruiting process: conduct interviews on behalf of the hiring manager, sort through applications to fill open positions, execute first-day onboarding processes such as employment documents’ execution, adaptation, and other duties c&b: support in implementing corporate compensation policy by providing consultations regarding specifics or local legislation. review of common practices of compensation packages in different companies t&d: support the function and contribute to the team’s development what we expect from you: english speaker, advanced level as a must (communication on a daily basis) 7 years+ experience as an hr specisialist experience in management of vendors (outstaffing companies, outsourcing companies etc) b.a. or b.s. degree in related field or equivalent experience deep knowledge of labor law ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data strong organizational and filing skills knowledge of current regulations, payroll statements, and social security payments an expert user of the internet with strong tech capabilities is essential good communication and influencing skills able to work independently adaptable and eager to learn we offer: stable salary, official registration hybrid work schedule unlimited opportunities for professional and career growth, regular external and internal training partially or fully paid additional training courses, including english classes relocation package for candidates from other regions the opportunity to become part of an international team of professionals and just good people who together create one of the coolest success stories in the global tech industry
