компания "person hunters, ооо" international company is looking for candidates for position hr specialist: responsibilities:-1.to accept from the heads of the structural divisions an application for the search and selection of the necessary workers in written or electronic form;2.jointly with the managers formulate the requirements for candidates, draw up a description of the vacant position and characteristics of the required employees;3.conduct selection of personnel, including in the regions;4.search for candidates for vacant positions;5.timely make publication in the mass media information about open vacancies in the company;6.conduct psychological and professional selection of candidates for filling vacant selection according to the values and culture of the company, and functional requirements;7.assess the business and psychological qualities of candidates, organize their psychological and professional testing according to the companychr(39)s internal requirements;8.to inform candidates about: the regime, working conditions in the company; qualification and psychological requirements, benefits provided to employees of the enterprise, programs of material and moral encouragement;9.to provide the manager with resume of candidates, biographical and qualification data;10.coordinate and organize interviews with department managers with selected candidates and participate in them;11.coordinate the place, time and other conditions of the final interviews with candidates;12.timely prepare and send organizational information about the appointment of employees;13.to familiarize new employees with structural divisions;14.form databank of vacancies and available positions as well as candidates for replacing vacant positions and occupying available jobs;15.keep recording on quantity in the company, its units in information systems and reports;16.monitor the business plan by number and actual number;17.conduct receiving of interns and keep recording of them;18.update job descriptions and keep up-to-date as duties change;19.keep personal development files of employees in order;20.participate in job fairs;21.establish contacts with higher educational institutions;22.at the request of managers, prepare the necessary materials for qualifying, attestation, competitive commissions and present employees with incentives and rewards;23.take the necessary measures to ensure the preservation / non-disclosure of the companychr(39)s business secrets, as well as personal information about the companychr(39)s employees;24.participates in the implementation of projects in order to improve the company’s activities; requirements:high educationexperience in this field not less than 2 yearsfluent in russian, uzbek; english (intermediate level)ability to work in a team, high level of personal responsibilityanalytical mindset and ability to work effectively in critical situations, under the influence of stress and limiting factors conditions:5/2 working week from 8 am to 5 pmcompetitive salarymeal, bus, monthly free products
