компания "риг" tgr corporate concierge, headquartered in london with representative offices around the world including dubai and podgorica, is currently looking for hr specialist. requirements: • work experience in personnel selection from 5 years; • effective experience in closing complex vacancies on time and in the required volume; • knowledge of candidate assessment methods; • the ability to develop evaluation criteria for the selection of candidates and identify valuable candidates; • readiness for active phone calls, direct search for candidates for key positions; • experience in independent time planning, prioritization, willingness to multitask, willingness to offer solutions, result-oriented. • knowledge of english, russian. responsibilities: • formation of the structure of the company with a description of job responsibilities; • timely and high-quality closing of vacancies; • search and selection of candidates for vacancies of various levels of complexity from managers to workers; • posting vacancies and searching for candidates on websites, media, in social networks, professional communities and other companies • conducting online and face-to-face interviews; • compliance assessment of candidates, reporting on candidates for hiring manager; • registration and employment, in accordance with legal requirements; • monitoring and analysis of the labor market and wages by levels of positions in the company; • participation in the development and implementation of motivational schemes based on kpi; • development of regulatory documentation – agreements, nda, evaluation of bonus indicators, etc. • reporting to the company c-level managers and board members; • development and execution of onboarding program for employees; • meeting the requirements of the ceo of the company and office-management tasks; • active participation in the formation of the corporate culture in the company; terms: • employment according to consultancy agreement with a uk company; • work schedule – full time (london time-zone) • opportunity for professional and career development; • salary level is discussed following the results of the interview; • work in a friendly team
