компания "alterra inn" responsibilities : as a purchasing manager, should work with suppliers to negotiate contracts for the purchase of required goods and keep accurate records of transactions trends. also to assist the finance and operational departments in the monitoring, reporting and controlling of cost of sales in the hotel, including audit and control, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, forecasting etc. manage the purchase of all food and non-food items for the hotel through the companychr(39)s key purchasing supplier and other key vendors. forecast operational needs and schedule deliveries accordingly to meet the hotelchr(39)s operational requirements. maintain purchasing records and reviews periodically with regard to minimum stock levels review and refine equipment specifications with department heads for the effective completion of the capital expenditure budget liaise closely with the executive chef to ensure food purchases are delivered on timely and to the quality standard specified to prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with workload and priorities for the approval by the director of finance. requirements : understanding of the hotel industry strong attention to detail, influencing and negotiations knowledge in various areas of purchasing including but not limited to food and beverage, engineering, housekeeping, and construction bachelor degree, 3-6 years experience in purchasing, stock control conditions : lunch international career opportunities managed by accor competitive salary
