компания "группа компаний stada" responsibilities: define, prepare and conduct all sourcing activities for capex projects within 2 production plants in russia (nizhniy novgorod and obninsk) actively collaborate with technical operation teams to plan, complete and implement project pipeline based on company’s demand actively collaborate with global capex category manager to roll-out global strategies and projects on the country level be responsible for purchasing kpi’s for capex (yoy savings, payment terms, capex tenders timings, sourcing process in ariba – rfp and e-auctions) support an overall framework for the supplier management process (supplier evaluation, supplier pool development, contracting strategies, cost management, procurement systems) facilitate the implementation of capex process improvements in stada conduct legal and ethical business relationships with suppliers, develop and manage relationships with strategic suppliers that contribute to higher performance of the company build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and understand their requirements to define, develop and implement the optimal strategy for stada that delivers objectives lead cross-functional teams for particular capex sourcing activities work in internal stada tools and programs requirements: higher education (preferably in economics, management, legal or engineering) 5+ yearschr(39) work experience in international procurement / purchasing (preferably in technical supply purchasing or capex projects purchasing) purchasing functional competencies (cost and supplier management, cost analysis, market analysis) experienced in legal & financial aspects, risk analysis, contracts setting & management excellent communication skills, analytical skills, structural approach motivated, proactive, self-directed with positive communication style and well-developed soft skills english language is essential (oral & correspondence) - upper-intermediate+ pc skills: ms office (excel, word, power point), office 365, sap, ariba
