компания "ancor" responsibilities: develop and implement the purchasing strategy and plan for direct spending resulting in an agreed purchasing strategy directing the activities in the purchasing organization. discuss and determine the purchasing needs (quality and quantity) with the other business partners (m&s, supply chain), in line with companychr(39) sourcing and purchasing strategy, in order to understand purchasing and financial needs, to align business plans and to clarify outline for purchasing strategy and plan. manage and monitor the purchasing plan, and take corrective actions when necessary, in line with the strategic sourcing methodology (ssm), in order to achieve agreed purchasing objectives against minimal total cost of ownership and operating working capital. build and maintain network and partnerships with existing and potential external suppliers, in order to spot, develop and realize opportunities for savings, improvements and innovations for the company. contract, manage, monitor and evaluate the suppliers for direct spend sourcing, in line with contract compliance and supplier performance agreements, in order to guarantee continuous supply of products and services against specifications. search for and sеlесtnew suppliers. develop, implement and manage a cost effective and efficient purchasing organization, working processes and systems, in order to enable optimal sourcing performance. ensure formulation, approval and management of the yearly cost budget for the purchasing organization, in order to have the right finances available. ensure definition and implementation of performance indicators and periodical reporting of actual performance against these indicators, in order to facilitate (timely) decision taking. ensure implementation of qesh structures and systems. requirements: experience in purchasing - up form 5 years. team management experience. fluent english. sap.
