компания "fm logistic" main responsibilities: cost-saving planning proposition in order to meet the departments kpi, constant cost optimization kpi reports preparation and reporting to the purchasing director strong negotiations with the strategic and non-strategic suppliers constant market monitoring independent conducting of the tenders (indirect categories plus technical equipment and consumables directly influencing on business profit) proposition of the actions for the department kpis improvement supplier performance evaluation reporting cooperation with other departments in supplier performance assessment/improving monitoring of authorized/unauthorized commitments to suppliers made by internal initiators participation in preparation to iso certification control of other departments/platforms in adherence to internal policies and iso handling of non-conformity of the deliveries (purchased goods and services) optimization of existing contractschr(39) terms, concluding new ones in compliance with internal, and rf legislation requirements purchasing basic file development job requirements: higher education; experience in it-procurement will be an advantage (hard, soft); english – upper-intermediate; practical knowledge of tender process; good knowledge of ms office, sap; negotiation skills; experienced (from 3 year); experienced pc user well-organized person, initiative, reliable, sociable, stress tolerantknowledge of russian documents flow requirements and execution in order to prevent tax and legal risks ability to work under pressure; excellent communication skills; proven savings results; ability to set priorities, to work in a team. offer conditions: full compliance with russian legislation; compensation is discussed individually (fixed salary + bonus); extended social package (vmi, meal, mobile, laptop, etc.); comfortable corporate transport from "voikovskaya", "rechnoy vokzal", "planernaya" metro station; office located in dolgoprudniy - "khlebnikovo" station (about 25 min from "savelovskaya" & "timiryazevskaya" stations); professional growth is one of the corporate values. для нас ценны: доверие, эффективность, открытость
