компания "гудийс" required work experience: 3+ years full time, full day dubai, uae goodies company is a recognized expert in healthy products manufacturing. since we have opened a new factory in dubai (uae) we are looking for energetic, passionate people to work at our facility in the uae. responsibilities: - search for goods according to the needs of the company. placing orders with suppliers. control of receipts from suppliers. purchase price control. coordination of delivery schedules. payment control; - search of new suppliers; - building reliable partnerships with suppliers; - analysis of the market of suppliers and manufacturers (formation of a commodity matrix, a matrix of suppliers); - working with suppliers (contractual work, claim work, ensuring the best conditions from suppliers, monitoring the level of service and product quality, monitoring price levels and the position of the supplier on the market); - develop and maintain relationships with foreign partners of the company; - communicate daily with foreign partners on current applications and projects by e-mail, phone, zoom and skype. - search for suppliers for current needs from the structural divisions of the company in china, india and europe; - analysis and forecasting of balances, calculation of standard commodity stocks, calculation of the need for stocks; - analysis for the presence of overstocks / illiquid assets / deficits; - medium and long term planning. control of stocks; - planning of purchases and efficiency by product categories; - analyze and plan the companychr(39)s inventory needs; - calculation of purchase prices, taking into account the specifics of deliveries and logistics costs for deliveries to a distributed system of warehouses; - determination of the basic price model for the product category; - communicate with logistics companies; - interaction with other departments of the company. participation in the development and implementation of projects aimed at optimizing the companychr(39)s costs. work with document flow. - control over the availability of technical specifications and primary accounting documentation; - keep records of their own activities; - work on your own effectiveness in this area; - make trips abroad to audit production, negotiate, develop cooperation and control shipments. - fluent english language is a mandatory condition for applicants!!! requirements: - at least 3 years of experience in procurement; - experience in a similar position in a large b2b company is required; - experience in working with large volumes of information; - speed ​​and quality in the development of custom items; - excellent knowledge of excel at an advanced level; - knowledge of 1c 8 ut will be an advantage; - independence, punctuality, accuracy, high speed of response, high level of responsibility; terms: - work in production in the uae, dubai; - official employment; - living conditions, work schedule and salary are discussed at the interview with the employer.
