компания "rb" responsibilities: define and execute purchasing strategies for direct and indirect materials and services providing an alignment with global procurement develop and manage the team of 5 buyers & assistant ensure sustainable supply of materials and services, providing competitive cost and required quality contribute to the company’s competitive advantage by initiating and leading the cost reduction and working capital optimization programs define the procurement budget for direct materials in collaboration with global procurement; provide the stakeholders with the budget revisions identify, approve and develop local suppliers for materials and services set and maintain suppliers management process, considering value beyond price principle ensure delivery of company targets annually and period to date (quality, service, savings, nwc, innovation) ensure compliance of purchasing process with the company internal instructions, procedures and guidelines maintain an efficient collaboration with global procurement, r&d, corporate supply and finance and good stakeholder management requirements: university degree 3 years of experience in procurement management within a manufacturing environment (international companies preferably) fluent english proven ability to lead and motivate a team of professional procurement staff personal attributes: strong interpersonal skills, including cross-functional teamwork, and written and oral communication skills results-oriented and self-motivating with a bias for action and the capability to define, evaluate and manage risks ability to work effectively with an to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization where formal authority is not held solid understanding of procurement best practices ability to quantify financial benefits for identified opportunities and initiatives strong negotiation skills, exceptional analytical skills, strong multi-cultural skills, high energy level, and a bias towards action conditions: hybrid work schedule: 2-3 days at the factory in klin, 2-3 days at the moscow office/remotely.
