Purchasing Manager

компания "noble trading llc" we are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced individual as purchasing manager to be based in our tashkent office. job overview & responsibilities: manage all operational activities related to the sourcing, supply and procurement of chemicals and raw materials required by the company identify and sеlесtsuppliers of raw materials and chemicals, assurance of supply, service, cost, quality, regulatory compliance and responsible sourcing identify and execute strategic initiatives within the categories mentioned above to assure supply as well as drive maximum cost savings and value creation for the company partner closely with key company divisions to understand critical business needs monitor and research industry trends, report and analyze manage and optimize functional sourcing support qualifications: bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business preferred minimum 3 years of work experience with some knowledge of raw materials and chemicals experience, knowledge related to chemical purchasing and/or supply chain preferred ideally in an international environment strategic sourcing skills strong analytical and quantitative skills proficient in using basic corporate tools such as microsoft office excellent communication skills accountable and comfortable with making decisions fluency in english
