компания "manpowergroup" conditions: working hours: 9.30 -18.30 (5/2); the office located at m. sokol; the accident insurance & voluntary medical insurance, after 3 months’ probation period, all others social conditions in line with russian law, some additional benefits will discussed on the job-interview; quarterly and annual bonuses; salary will discussed with successful candidate. responsibilities: operational daily basis legal support in area of questions of company (sales, marketing, logistics, supply contracts); partner with the other departments in achieving goals and objectives by providing high-quality, proactive, objective and common result-oriented legal services and advice with respect to russian legislation; company’s projects participation; participation in negotiations with external partners; analysis of existing processes in the company (analysis, suggestions for improvement, participation in implementation projects) corporate law (preparation of corporate resolutions and other corporate documents, amending of charter documents, participation in reorganization, liquidation procedures of legal entities). participation in development of companychr(39)s procedures and policies. implementation of global policies. courts and claims practices; counterparty due diligence; participation in solving of issues related to fas inspections and their requirements; participation in employees training; internal audits. requirements: law degree; 4+ years of experience in a multinational company; corporate law extremely good knowledge and skills; ability to work in a matrix organization; initiative team player; readiness for independent and proactive work; the level of english language knowledge - upper intermediate.
