компания "coca-cola içecek kazakhstan ( тоо сп «кока-кола алматы боттлерс» )" responsibilities: provide legal support for dedicated function of the company draft and review agreements, mous, notices, letters, replies, opinions etc. of the company with its customers and counterpartners; organize the office record keeping system and ensures maintenance of files and records; assist senior counsel in defence of the company before third parties, including regulatory agencies during external inspections; prepare cases for courts and present them in court under guidance of senior counsel; record minutes, prepare forms and agendas; gathering and summarizing data for legal reports and opinions administer and providing legal reports on legal department operations and activities requirements: 1+ years of experience; llb; fluency in spoken and written russian, kazakh and english (intermediate+); microsoft windows (excel, word, powerpoint) and p.c. skills are essential; strong interpersonal communication skills; no obstacle to travel domestically and internationally we are an equal opportunity employer. all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, sex, color, national or social origin, ethnicity, religion, age, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, gender expression or political opinion.
