компания "winfinity" we are looking for an experienced legal counsel with a driven, growth-oriented and commercial mindset to join our legal and compliance team. you would be able to understand and foresee our legal and business challenges and opportunities, providing legal advice to management and colleagues. a can-do-attitude, great communication skills in english, and the ability to do independent information research and provide an argument-based opinion is a must to thrive in this position. responsibilities: managing b2b licensing processes, assisting in drafting and compiling documentation from both legal and technical compliance teams; researching the unique requirements pertaining to different country’s gaming regulators; negotiating and agreeing on terms of the client agreements, ensuring the amendments meet both party expectations and comply with company policies; doing the necessary due diligence of the clients and reporting requirements to local regulatory authorities. preparing legal documentation, contracts and agreements (and precedents) as required. offering proactive advice to the board of directors in regard to emerging issues, group structure and new legislation that may impact on the organization; overseeing the services provided by the international legal teams in relation to group’s requests, whilst providing explanation and briefing to the management advising on contract status and business terms of various agreements anticipating, advising and planning for all legal risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks for the company, including financing, operating, ip rights protection; draft and submit application for registration of ip rights of different kinds worldwide and monitor the process of application until the resolution; keeping abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company performing pre-litigation work to minimize risks and maximize legal rights, ensuring the contracts signed by the company include the said mitigation mechanisms advising the leadership team on legal matters critical to the growth of the business arranging and supervising outside attorneys who provide legal advice or representation in areas of special expertise, tax or in litigation assisting colleagues from various departments in legal matters, ensuring to the extent possible that their actions are in line with legal regulations owning the overall budget requirements for legal, regulatory and compliance areas of the business. overseeing and managing reports submitted to the regulatory authorities. requirements: advanced english language, both written and oral experience within a similar role within the igaming industry a degree in law with specific knowledge of company structures and regulatory laws and compliance knowledge and experience working with different markets challenger mindset and negotiator skills someone creative and solution driven
