компания "суровский ресорсис" yildirim holding kazakhstan is searching for a motivated legal counsel about yildirim group yildirim group of companies is a vertically integrated turkish industrial conglomerate based in istanbul, turkey. the company currently operates in 8 industries: metals and mining, coal and coke, energy, fertilizers and chemicals, port management, shipping and logistics, construction and real estate, and financial investments. since 2008, when yildirim group made its first international acquisition in sweden, the company has grown into a global force with operations in 51 countries on 4 continents and over 13.000 employees worldwide. responsibility: legal assistance and support with all corporate issues; legal review and amending contracts (assessor); legal consulting and drafting agreements, conclusions and inquiries (legal opinion); preparation of powers of attorney; keeping minutes and resolutions of the board of directors of enterprises litigation and pleading cases within jurisdictions empowered, provision of complaints, filling of the statements of claim; planning, organization and control of the activities of structural units; coordinating the work of the legal service of the holding companies. requirements: higher legal education; work experience minimum 6 years as a lawyer; knowledge of the current legislation regulating issues of civil, tax, administrative, labor, land, criminal and procedural law; developing local acts and company regulations; knowledge of english: advanced level of oral and written business english excellent writing skills, ability to search and analyze information in the shortest possible time, result-oriented, organized work, independence and ability to work in a team; well-developed communication skills, a systematic approach to solving problems set by company management. well-developed communication skills, a systematic approach to solving problems set by company management. we offer: interesting work in an international company with a team of professionals; schedule 5/2; salary is discussed individually based on work experience; full-time job. we look forward to applications only from candidates who meet the foundational requirements.
