компания "фаброс" fabros is a successful it company, resident of the belarus hi-tech park, that develops and promotes mobile games for android and ios platforms. one of the hits developed and supported by fabros is the popular coloring app – happy color, which is in the tops of apple app store and google play and has tens of millions of installations. more info can be found at https://fabros-team.com/ . due to rapid growth of the business, we are looking for a legal counsel to support the company’s activities. key responsibilities: draft, review and negotiate contracts related to game development (software development/service/license agreements/ndas, etc.) with third-party partners legal support of the office’s daily operation (lease, supply contracts, service and contractor agreements, etc.) review and maintain the company’s public agreements (terms of use, privacy policy, cookie policy, etc.) review contracts/public agreements with advertising networks, analytics services, license providers, etc. maintain legal documents to ensure proper handling and transfer of ip data protection compliance (gdpr/ccpa, etc.) monitor and ensure compliance with google play/app store policies and high-tech park regulations corporate work (shareholders’ meetings, amendment of the company’s articles of association, internal policies, etc.) ensure protection of trade secrets and confidential information in the company provide legal advice on corporate, employment, tax and ip related issues to the company’s management and staff interact with and manage external legal advisors skills/experience: degree in law 3-5 years of work experience (previous experience in a law firm/it company would be an advantage) english (upper intermediate/advanced level) excellent communication skills risk management ability to work independently and to liaise with other departments ability to manage and prioritize complex workload we offer: competitive salary based on the candidate’s qualification and experience excellent opportunities for professional growth attendance of professional events/conferences paid by the company paid taxi to and from work, private parking space english course within the company comfortable office with lounge zones in riviera plaza modern equipment (apple)
